Error creating new command

I'm trying to create a new command, and putting URL:

http://www.packagetrackr.com/{eop track/@%s@ -else user/inbox}

But I'm getting, when running tests:

NoMethodError in Command#add_command
undefined method `join' for nil:NilClass

I'm getting the same for
http://www.example.com/{ifThen -value1 x -value2 x -test NOTEQUAL -
then a -else b}

So this is a problem with ifThen?

It seems to be working now. I just tried to create a command with
your code and the test ran fine. It could have been a temporary
error.
