Ythan Cycle Club 2012 Subscription renewals

Hi folks,

It's that time of year again when Ythan CC club subscriptions
are due. Once again we are delighted to announce that there will be no
increase in membership subscription rates for 2012. You will find attached the 2012 membership subscription renewal form attached.
This year you should be able to type your details directly into the
required spaces in the excel form. If you cannot read this excel form we have
also includes a PDF version. Please return the forms by e-mail
to our treasurer, Yvonne Winter. It is important to do this so that we
have the most up to date information and contact details in our database.

This year we have also updated our banking so you can pay directly into
the Ythan CC or Ythan QL bank accounts.

For online banking or paying direct into any branch of Lloyds TSB, the
information required is as follows:

Account Name: Ythan Cycle Club
Account Number: 83432960
Sort Code: 87-23-19

OR

Account Name: Ythan QL
Account Number: 83433360
Sort Code: 87-34-19

In both cases, the club member must include their full name in the
"Reference" so that we can identify who has paid their fees by this
method.

Of course you can still pay by cheque or cash direct to Yvonne.
As per last year the normal rate for members renewing their membership
will be applicable up to the 31st of January. Subscription renewals
received after that date will be subject to a £5 surcharge. This worked
well last year and meant that we could plan our finances for the year
early and the Treasurer did not have to spend all year chasing late
subscriptions.
