Problems installing YTEX version 9 with CTAKES 3.1

OS: windows 7 

Proc: 32 bit intel i5-3470

JDK: version 1.7

I am attempting to install the latest yTEX with CTAKES, and am receiving the following error:

c:\CTAKES~1.1\bin\CTAKES~1\scripts\build-setup.xml:24: The following error occurred while executing this line:

c:\CTAKES~1.1\bin\CTAKES~1\scripts\build-classpath.xml:85: A source file is missing :c:\CTAKES~1.1\bin\ctakes-ytex\src\test\resources\log4j.properties

Nevermind, looks like this maybe due to not running setenv.bat prior to running the install script
