I've been imaging machines left and right with no issue. Not we have the Lenovo T14 (AMD) and out-of-the-box, the computer works just fine. After we image it, the touchpad doesn't work. I'm using the drivers from here for the ThinkPad T14 Gen 1 AMD ( )
To download the old firmware
Go to the lenovo.com website
Go to support
Type your model laptop (find it on the bottom of your laptop, mine was '11ADA05' for the ideapad flex-3)
select drivers and software
make it download the latest bios firmware in a new tab
in the new tab rewrite the url to match the old firmware version, and it will download that version.
I have an Ideapad S145-15API and my precision touchpad worked perfectly fine before I clean installed Windows. And now I've tried uninstalling the driver and updating it, it showed "The best drivers for your device are already installed." I tried editing the registry for the two finger right click too, but nothing has worked for me. I'm pretty sure this is a driver issue, i just can't find the right driver (I've checked my product support page on Lenovo too.)

Whether your Lenovo Thinkpad laptop has an integrated touchpad or you need to use it with an external mouse, installing the Lenovo Thinkpad Touchpad Driver is essential. The driver will help your device run properly with Windows 11.
Some of the reasons that a touchpad may not work are corrupt, incompatible, or outdated drivers and incompatibility with Windows updates. In these situations, updating all the system drivers with the latest build should solve the issue.
The Lenovo Thinkpad Touchpad Driver is an application that allows the user to interact with the computer through a touchscreen. It is a driver that converts electrical pulses from the touchpad to a mouse pointer on the screen.
