Happiness is my comfort zombie show, and I absolutely adore Yi Hyun and Sae Bom. I’d love to read them living their post canon life, being all cute, bickering, and domestic, OR dealing with some new horror crisis, OR being suspicious/awkward with the neighbors after . . . everything, OR dealing with the inevitable nightmares and panic and trauma after . . . well, everything. Or, really, any combination of any of those things!
When it comes to Yi Hyun, I must confess that I’m generally in favor of him losing his shit a little. (I will not confess how many times I’ve watched him smear zombie blood all over that jerk’s face, but please know . . . it was too many.) I’m extremely into generally affable Yi Hyun totally losing his temper—I love a pretty boy in emotional distress—but I do NOT want him to be violent or menacing in any way towards Sae Bom. Meanwhile, when it comes to Sae Bom, I’m mostly into her being her usual badass, hilarious, chaotic, and ruthlessly competent self. I adore her so very much.
In general, I’m very much here for Angst & Fluff (or Angst & Humor), Hurt/Comfort (including injury recovery and sick fic), and Emotional Hurt/Comfort. Also, I would totally read deleted scenes if you're not into post canon! All I can really think of offhand would be in Episode 12 before the epilogue, maybe Sae Bom pulling Yi Hyun back a few more times while waiting for the treatment to work, but I’m completely open to most things!

Whether he’s struggling with anxiety or touch aversion or not eating enough. Whether he’s visiting or not visiting his father in prison. I’m a huge H/C and Emotional H/C nerd, and I just want our pretty boy to A) get hurt and B) gets hugs. Ideally, Dong Sik would be the one giving the hugs—I’m as obsessed with these two as they’re obsessed with each other, and am very happy to read them established, getting together, Deeply Important to One Another But Not Quite Ready for Romance, whatever. But I also do really value platonic relationships, and I find the complicated not-quite-sibling dynamic between Joo Won and Kwon Hyuk also interesting, if you'd like to explore that. (I will say, though, that I don’t particularly enjoy them as a ship—and I really don’t want any one-sided feelings.) Kwon Hyuk and Han Ki Hwan are absolutely not mandatory characters for me, but if you are interested in writing them, feel free!
Additional/alternative things that interest me: Joo Won being a child of two cultures and how his upbringing in England still affects him, Autistic Joo Won (I am honestly surprised I don’t see this headcanon more and would love to see it explored), and Ace Joo Won, especially if he’s figuring his asexuality out while navigating a new relationship with Dong Sik.
Also, also! I know this is all very Joo Won heavy, and I will admit a strong preference for Joo Won-centered fic, but please know that I also absolutely love that madman Lee Dong Sik, and am happy to read his POV and/or hear about his own multiple traumas, too, if that’s something you’re interested in.

Hi Yuletide Writer! Hope your day is going great, and thank you in advance for whatever you’re about to write! Here are a bunch of prompts/lists of things that interest me in each fandom I’ve requested. I hope you find them helpful, and that at least one of these things also interests you!
I am extremely into this series right now and am desperate for some fanfic to hold me over while waiting for the movie, the next volume of the manga, and/or (hopefully!) the second season. (Obviously, this request is for the TV fandom, so no worries if you haven’t read/aren’t interested in the manga, but if you are, please just know I’ve only read up to Vol. 4 so far.)
Totonou is such a fantastic character. I love that he can be many things at once: hilarious, compassionate, insightful, adorable, and also—on occasion—cold as hell. Like, in the first episode when he tells Yabu what his dead kid must have thought about his revenge plan? Holy SHIT. I mean, NGL, that’s the moment I committed to the series. I also really love that Totonou isn’t terribly troubled by, shall we say, a little moral ambiguity. Like, did Garo kind of murder someone, cut off their hand, and send it straight to Totonou? Yes, but does Totonou still miss Garo and want to hang out and talk and be friends? Also, very much yes.
Which brings us to what I’m hoping for: basically, Totonou and Garo time! I’m very into this ship (I have many, many Feels about Totonou being ace/demi), and would love to see them spending time together, talking, maybe getting caught up in strange situations. Are they hostages again—for real this time? Is Garo saving Totonou from some kind of trouble? Are they on a museum exhibition date? Is Garo still feeling petty about Totonou’s “amateur artist” comments? (Please say yes.) Is there a mystery afoot, or are we learning more about Totonou’s scar/childhood, or are these two just having a series of interesting conversations, possibly over curry? I’m really happy with anything, so long as these two spend time together and talk. It can also totally be platonic, if this just isn’t your ship—platonic relationships are super important to me—but just FYI, I’m really not a Totonou/Furomitsu shipper, and would prefer if you didn't include them as a couple.
