In general, I prefer gen and like darker/more whumpy fic. I don't mind and like AUs, but always want something true to the spirit if not the plot of canon, with characters as IC as possible.
This manga has a ton of unexplored fluff potential with all of the days skipped on the Astra, so of course I might like to see that. Mostly, though, I like darker fic, so I'd like to see more of their childhood struggles, especially Charce's-- we see how badly all of his childhood effected him, but we still skip over crazy things like spending a year in solitary confinement. That has real psychological effects, and I'd like to see what his first few days after that are like, with his murder-suicide mission but also getting out of prison for the first time in a year and out of Vixia for the first time in his life. (Maybe even from a character like Sophie Lacroix's POV?) H/C, for any character, would be nice because it would match the positive spirit and the darker plot of Astra. I do love every character and would be fine with something centered on any of them, or the group as a whole- though maybe not a laser focus on Luca and Ulgar, because they're what's already in the tag and I'd like something different.

My favorite character watching this was Rossiu, but I love a lot of them, especially Nia. I would love some non-horny fic focusing on Nia, Yoko, or other female characters. Something else interesting could be exploring the future of this world/the Beastmen's side of it with Viral (like, let's talk about how he's immortal!), or something else kind of worldbuilding-y with a side character. Mostly, I think I'd like to see pre-canon Simon & Kamina, or something else with them, exploring the dark side of Giha Village, which in the pilot seemed like this super oppressive and difficult place to grow up in but then is left behind for the rest of the series. I want to see their sibling relationship through that lens and that struggle, and maybe something dark/whump-y in general, with any of the characters I've talked about. (Though probably not Simon mourning Kamina/Kamina's canon death, because there's already a lot of focus on that in the actual story.)

I'm not 100% sure what you would do with this story, but it's been my favorite book and something I've been really passionate about for a long time. My favorite character is Jamie, but a good idea could be to write from the POVs of Joris or Helen, which we don't see since he narrates the whole thing. An outsider POV with some original character or maybe Vanessa could also be interesting- maybe a trip to a world that's skimmed over where he meets another Homeward Bounder, or someone there tries to help him out.

My three favorite Oz books are The Marvelous Land of Oz, The Patchwork Girl of Oz, and the Road to Oz, in that order. Apart from Ozma, I'd like to see something that maybe doesn't even include her but focuses on Ojo, the Patchwork Girl, and their odd little group in that book (the phonograph, the Glass Cat, etc). With Ozma, I'd like to see her retaining her mischievous, imperfect personality that she has in the Marvelous Land of Oz, and how that affects her ruling/makes her actually struggle, as well as her living with the frankly abusive Mombi affected her. Ozma/Dorothy is fine, but like I said above, I prefer gen and don't want that to be a huge focus. I'd also like to see your headcanons about the world of Oz, like being very canon-compliant and putting all of the interesting things we hear about it together- basically, if I could have requested the Worldbuilding tag, I would have LOL.

The tag is so full of Nico/Karolina that what I want to ask for is something that doesn't feature their relationship in any capacity except background, and also is set in the canon Runaways universe though it can be canon-divergent. My favorite characters are Chase and Victor, and I would also love something centered on Xavin, Klara or Alex- for the latter, exploring Alex as not someone who's secretly good, but who has complex motivations, and maybe give him a little more justice/focus than canon did without changing the character. I'd also like them being terrible teens with similar dialogue patterns to canon and fun drama. (Basically, you matching the tone that early canon takes and not going too serious).

For this one, selecting Cheng Xiaoshi basically means he's my favorite and that I would prefer a story centered on him or the main group, rather than an anthology focus or a Lu Guang focus (Though a Qiao Ling focus could also be refreshing and good). Maybe some fun fluff where they're at college, including Xu Shanshan and Dong Yi, or canon-divergent whump with Red-Eyes winning somehow and/or just a big focus on all the things the characters have gone through at once in those last few episodes.
