Hi friend!
Thank you for offering to write for me! I'm really looking forward to it.
My favorite stories at the moment are definitely about Mark on the trip home or back on Earth and dealing with the fallout of all that trauma. I think it would be impossible for those experiences not to leave marks behind (har-har, that was actually unintentional, but I'm keeping it). Especially I love the found family aspect of the crew, maybe where Mark learns that he's not alone and has a lot of people supporting him.
I really like Beth/Chris/Mark, so focusing on those relationships would be cool, but it's not necessary. Anything with Mark being his snarky self will make me happy.

For this fandom, I just want Sezin and Gavin being cute and together and cute together! There's so many fun things that could be explored as they start their romantic relationship. What do they do on dates, or how does it work when they move in together, or what would a meet-the-family even look like in this universe? Even something as simple as sleeping in the same bed could be interesting with an interspecies couple!
It could also be cool to see how this does and doesn't change things at work as they solve cases, although I'd prefer if their relationship and not the police work was the focus.
Honestly, as long as I get more of Gavin and Sezin, I'm going to be pleased. Happy Yuletide!

Thank you for offering to write for me! I'm really looking forward to it.
I love each and every member of the crew, but I must admit that Arkady is my favorite. I love how snarky and competent and fierce she is. Given her trust issues, it would be cool to see the beginnings of her relationship with Krejjh and Brian, and how they came to be crew. I also think some external POV would be cool, all the ways people are intimidated by her when in reality she's just awkward or afraid.
If you'd prefer something less Arkady-centric, I'd love to hear about how Violet settles in with the crew. I know there are things not spelled out for us (like Sana making her a jacket) as she settles in, and probably Violet discovers weird and fun things about her new family.
I really love the humor of the podcast, and while it doesn't have to be all happy all the time (Arkady can do angst very well!), I'd prefer not to focus on the crushing Regime they live under and fight against. Hits a little too close to home sometimes.

I have read the newest book, but if you want to focus on the events from book 1, that's totally fine. I think there's a lot there that could be interesting, like things other people said to Harrow about Gideon when she wasn't there, whether advice or judgement or admiration. We know Gideon talks to people about Harrow, so it makes sense that other people spoke to Harrow about Gideon. Also I love how powerful and sharp Gideon and Harrow are, and my favorite moments in the book are when they stop pointing their sharp edges at each other and align against a common foe. I'd love to see times in their lives when that happened as they grew up, or maybe an AU where things fell out a little differently and they weren't so set against each other from the beginning.
If you do want to include the second book, that's cool, too! I think it would be really interesting to see how things might be different if Harrow could hear Gideon in her head, even intermittently or while in death or during sleep, etc. I found it difficult to see Harrow stripped so low with so few defenses, and it would be nice if she had someone on her side.
Basically, anything that focuses on Gideon and Harrow's relationship and how they fit together would work for me. I'm sure I'll like whatever you write if it's about that.
