Location: Jodhpur (Handling Cluster Locations)

Role Overview:
The HR Generalist cum Cluster HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations across the assigned cluster locations. The role requires a balance of strategic HR support and operational excellence to drive business objectives, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for cluster locations.
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and closures.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives across the cluster.
3. HR Operations
maintain HR documentation.
4. Performance Management
Drive performance appraisal processes within timelines.
Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews.
5. Business Partnering
Work closely with business heads to understand HR requirements.
Align HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide insights on attrition, retention, and workforce planning.
6.Handle exit formalities, F&F settlements, and exit interviews.
Analyze attrition trends and suggest corrective actions.
Key Requirements:
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
Experience: 5–8years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-location/cluster role
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Stakeholder management
Ability to handle multiple locations independently
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
