• Job Title: Executive – Time Office & Payroll
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Savior Time Office Software, and payroll software

Key Responsibilities :
• Plan and maintain the operational workforce inventory, ensuring optimal manpower ratios
• Arrange and manage blue-collar manpower requirements
• Coordinate with departments to ensure adequate manpower availability
• Analyze and control absenteeism and attrition within the blue-collar workforce
• Independently manage shift manpower operations
• Prepare hiring projections and support recruitment based on requirements
• Monitor and reduce overtime to meet KPI targets
• Prepare and share manpower MIS reports on time
• Verify and process vendor bills as per the SLA matrix
• Reconcile vendor wage sheets (including payable amounts, deductions, EPF & ESI records)
• Address employee grievances related to Time Office and Payroll inputs
• Generate UAN & ESI numbers; ensure timely EPF KYC completion and e-nomination compliance
• Prepare data and documentation for payroll, HR, statutory, and financial audits
• Issue absenteeism memos and conduct counseling sessions where required
• Process payroll through ERP/SAP and manage Full & Final settlements
• Support organizational activities such as events, housekeeping, canteen, and security coordination
