📝 Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
-Lead the entire HR function for a large manufacturing setup.
-Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and plant objectives.
-Drive cultural development, organizational development (OD), and workforce planning.
2. Plant HR Operations
-Manage end-to-end Plant HR, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee life-cycle management.
-Maintain harmonious employee relations and handle IR matters when required.
3. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
-Lead recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across the plant.
-Ensure timely hiring of skilled manpower to support production & expansion.
4. Statutory Compliance
-Manage compliance under Factories Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Contract Labour, audits, and statutory documentation.
5. Training & Development
-Identify competency gaps and build skill-development programs.
-Conduct periodic training on safety, systems, soft skills, and leadership development.
6. Performance Management (PMS)
-Lead effective PMS processes including goal setting, appraisal cycles, KRAs, and KPI monitoring.
-Drive high-performance culture and reward systems.
7. Employee Engagement & Welfare
-Implement innovative engagement initiatives for blue-collar and staff employees.
-Manage welfare activities, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
8. HR Analytics & Automation
-Work on HR dashboards, HRMS, data analytics, and digital transformation projects.
-Ensure accuracy of MIS reports, attendance, overtime, and productivity analysis.
🎓 Education Qualification
-MBA / PGDM in HR, MHRM, MLW, MSW, or equivalent HR specialization.
Additional certifications in HR, Labour Law, OD, or HR Analytics will be added advantages.
