Responsibilities
Healthkart is looking for a results-oriented, creative, and digitally savvy brand marketeer to lead the development of our Brand Content Strategy and objectives. The Head of Brand Content Strategy will be responsible for building brand content across all platforms to be produced internally or externally. This person will be a brilliantly talented strategist and executioner with a passion for deeply understanding content consumption of a digital consumer and translating that knowledge into actionable results. Concerned people must bring together their right- and left-brain acumen to uncover insights and creative inspiration to help find and execute the right content plan to increase brand awareness and consideration.This person will be passionately customer-centric and digital savvy in order to understand nuances of each content platform and implement apt strategies to fulfill hard objective KPI’s
Work closely with business managers to understand content strategy objectives and deliverables
Strong project manager with the ability to engage productively and successfully with key stakeholders across creative, media, marketing, product, research & measurement teams
Lead a team of specialists in raising the content marketing bar on social media and community building
Develop and execute content marketing deliverables for various content channels including Youtube , Instagram , Blogs , Vernacular media etc.
Develop and execute Influencer Marketing including selection , onboarding and content generation of influencers for agreed objectives
Create and develop internal capabilities to churn required content including audio/video/visuals
Working with external agencies for strategic content requirements
Consistent and rigorous measurement of content strategy to improve and excel on agreed KPI’s
Excel at diving deep into specific projects/initiatives but come up often to see where the strategy needs alignment, keeping stakeholders informed and in-sync,
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Advertising & Communications / Business Administration; MBA a plus
10+ years of relevant brand marketing experience
Experience with an entertainment / content business leading the brand and product marketing mandates would be an advantage
Basic knowledge of SEO/keywords , content discovery algorithms
Solid quantitative/analytical and budget management skills
Deep understanding of Video Content environment in digital ecosystem
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communicator both verbally and written, with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization—across business, marketing, content, product and finance teams
Proven track record in leading high-performance teams
You have success developing strongly differentiated positioning and segmentation strategies for consumer products/categories that have met or exceeded business objectives. You have qualified and developed best in class creative for regional markets within a global brand framework
Strong planning skills with a proven record in creating content including video content
You have proven experience planning and developing teams from scratch and scaling them as per business requirements
You like getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done
Great breakthrough creative instincts and proficiency with developing test plans to validate hypotheses
Comfort with navigating and leading in ambiguous situations; able to operate in a start-up environment, where leaders are owners, wear multiple hats, and effortlessly think and act both strategically and tactically
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
