hi all!,
As you know ySchool waked up,
We want some setup / document / tool to list and track what should be developed / ongoing
in a sprint-wise manner.
So that it would be better for developers to continually keep in touch with ySchool progress.

I don't think getting more people to development at this time will not lead to a healthy creation of ySchool-core part.
As you mentioned, I think  first we should have to come up with a minimal ySchool product first with all the basic functionalities running bug free.
For that We (Final Year project group) will do our best, and the some of you(people already in this group) will be more than enough.
