The VanHouwe family and the YRRC are hosting a JV Cross Country meet at John Rudy Park. We need some help and are hoping you can come.

Needed:

1. 4 course marshals who know the 5K course

2. Water man/woman (get cups for 150 runners and fill some as the runners are finishing their race)

3. 2 sweep runners, 1 for the boys race and 1 for the girls race

4. 1 Scribe for the top 20 finishers of each race (they will come to you with # stick in hand and you write their name down)

5. miscellaneous jobs
