• Start out with the NEW weekend breakfast at Hex Superette, starting at 8:00 am tomorrow (& Sunday): Local coffee and espresso drinks, fresh-baked pastries, and house-made breakfast: strata, shakshuka, granola, burritos, and hot handheld sandwiches. Check it out!
• Then head to the Environmental Town Hall with Councilman Mark Conway, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Nexus-Woodbourne Family Healing, 1301 Woodbourne Ave. Join YRP leaders Jen Halstead and Marc Carr for an inspiring event organized by our Public Spaces & Greening Committee! • Govans Community Farm Grand Opening: Sunday, April 19, 12:00-3:00 pm at Govans Presbyterian Church, 5828 York Road. Join the grand opening of this new corridor resource partially funded by a grant from the State through GEDCO and YRP via the Baltimore Regional Neighborhood Initiative (BRNI). • BUILD North/Northeast Action – Building Safe Passages for All: Mon., April 20, 6:00-7:30 pm at Church of the Redeemer, 5603 N. Charles St. Act with York Road Partnership as we stand with leaders across north and northeast Baltimore, meeting with Baltimore City Dept. of Transportation Director Veronica McBeth for traffic calming improvements, including at the corner of Bellona Ave. & Northern Parkway.
