Responsibilities: Source suitable resumes for our client requirements, negotiate rates, coordinate with Account Managers, Submit resumes for requirements, meet monthly targets.
Contracts Management:
# of Openings: 1
Requirement: Bachelor degree, have knowledge of MS Office, Excellent comm. skills, prior experience in contracts management is a big plus.
Few Responsibilities: Contracts reviewing, negotiating and documenting.
Bench Sales:
# of Openings: 2
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of bench sales experience, IT knowledge is a plus. must have excellent comm. skills.
Responsibilities: Communicating with Clients, vendors and consultants, resume marketing, rate negotiation, placements, meet sales targets.
Account Managers:
# of Openings: 2
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree with 4 yrs. of experience handling clients, IT Background is a plus, must have excellent comm. skills
Responsibilities: Manage existing client accounts, get new requirements from these clients, submit suitable resumes and close the deal, generate new business to the company, meet sales targets.
