Dear All, (Sir/Madam,my dear Ex collegues, Present Collegues & My dearest and nearest Friends)

Sub: Stretch a helping hand.

This is with regard to helping our own person. As we all knows Mr. Basuraj G Kamathar is working as an employee of OUTREACH since many years. At present he is working in our NABARD Watershed Project as a Community Organizer. One of the most dedicated and committed worker as I felt about him since last three months. Unfortunately he is under severe family crisis now, his small kid namely Chetan Kumar G Kamathar of 4 and half year old facing heart problem since long ago. Due to financial crisis he could not get him appropriate treatment. But since one week child condition is getting deteriorating badly and admitted at KLE Hospital, Belgaum on 28.08.2012. As instructed by the doctor his operation will be done in the upcoming week which may cost up to Rs. 1,50,000/- . Hence am humbly requesting all of you to stretch your helping hand towards this needy one. The helping hand support may reach at bellow mentioned account details.
