We are a Conseil Santé a consulting company working on health development projects worldwide on programmes financed by international institutions, such as the European Union, the World bank, etc.
The Delegation of the European Union in Afghanistan has asked us to identify a team of experts for the following mission, "Stewardship role of the MoPH in addressing nutrition: training for key-staff".
We are looking for two experts:
EXPERT 1 (team leader) – Senior - 15 days of work
The team leader is described here below bearing in mind the scientific expertise rather than the pedagogic expertise. His/Her inputs may be described as “scientific director” of the training. It is estimated that his/her presence in country will be limited.

EXPERT 2 (pedagogic coordinator) – Junior Expert - 259 days of work (one year full time)
The pedagogic coordinator is described here below bearing in mind the pedagogic expertise rather than the scientific expertise. His/Her presence is supposed to be more constant rather than the team leader’s presence since the pedagogic coordinator is ideally in charge also of supportive supervision and mentoring in between blocks.
