Happy Friday YPACers!
We need your help in strategic planning for Make-A-Wish.
David Hatfield, our Development Director, has been leading our Strategic Planning task force on how to build organizational sustainability through fundraising. The team has identified key strategies which will be presented to the board for approval in November - please see attached. We think YPAC is the key to tackling Goal 1: Increasing our presence in the high-tech world. We would like to call on both SF and SV teams for a high-level brainstorming session to discuss how.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in real strategic planning for Make-A-Wish and frankly, we need your help. We are planning a joint YPAC meeting for December and would like to gage availability. Please take 30 seconds to click on this link and take the poll (by Monday if possible): Availability for Strategic Planning
Thank you, team!

Good morning!
We would love a few more responses to the Availability for Strategic Planning so that we can pick a date. Please do so by 4pm today. Thank you!
Happy Friday!
Thank you all for participating in the doodle poll. It looks like what makes the most sense is to hold it on Tuesday 12/8/15 @ 6:00pm in San Francisco. I will send out a calendar entry. Apologies that we can’t accommodate everyone’s schedule and location, but if there’s an opportunity to move things around to make it to this, I think it’s going to be great.
