- Added Google Single Sign-On (SSO) using OAuth to replace direct user logins. This is configured in the ESF/Library/Template property set GoogleSSO.
- Fixed bug with 'Download My Documents as PDF' to ensure it only does that party's latest snapshot. For view-optional package parties, no PDF download will be offered since these non-workflow parties don't actually process the documents like view-only package parties do.
- Upgraded PostgreSQL JDBC driver to version 42.7.10.
- Upgraded to libphonenumber 9.0.27.
