Sync enabling tags: one special tag instead of a list

A quick tip pertaining to the selective sync for contacts tagged in a
certain way:

Some of our users specify a long list of tags in the sync options of
their Gmail/Exchange connector.
Alternatively, an easier way to tell Yoxel Portal which contacts to
sync would be to use just one special tag name, i.e. "Highrise".
Specify just that one tag in the sync options. Then in your Gmail/
Exchange account simply mark the contacts with this special tag in
addition to the current tags (in Gmail that would mean adding to the
Highrise group and in Exchange adding the Highrise category).

This way is better because instead of updating the sync options each
time you want to add a new sync enabling tag, you can simply mark the
contacts with the special tag right in your Gmail/Outlook.

It also makes sense to simply use the same name as your external tag
of the CRM connector.
For example, if you set the external tag of your Highrise connector to
"Highrise" then there will be the "Highrise" group/category created in
Gmail/Exchange and so it makes sense to use the same "Highrise" name
as your sync enabling tag in the Gmail/Exchange connector settings.
