Exchange server: EWS url and credentials

Yoxel Portal connects to your Exchange server via EWS (Exchange Web
Services) service endpoint.
To test if your server supports it append the "/ews/exchange.asmx"
suffix to your https://<server-name> url and type it in your browser:
https://<server-name>/ews/exchange.asmx

For example, Rackspace users would have to type:
https://ews.mex02.emailsrvr.com/ews/exchange.asmx

If the service is provided by your server you'll see an
authentication box pop up in your browser.
The credentials (username&password) that allow you to login when in
the browser are the ones that need to be entered for the Yoxel
Exchange connector. The url does not have to include the "/ews/
exchange.asmx" suffix.
