In Signs 113 – A New Threat Has Emerged, we introduced a new category of fireballs titled "Huge Event Travel Distance" that bridges a gap between Multistate / Country Fireballs and Huge Event Fireballs.
On June 4, 2026, JP Jones sent me the data for May 2026 with a normal level of Huge Event Fireballs for that month. However, he also pointed out that by June 3, 2026, there had already been two huge events, one of which was a widely reported bolide on June 1, 2026.
We will present a report from Spaceweather.com on this event, plus a webcam video capturing the bolide's detonation. If you've yet to hear a bolide detonate, you'll want to listen to this.
