System tray add-on component now available (Win32 only)

Hi,

I've added an installer to the download page [1] that installs Win32
binaries for a system tray notification add-on component. When
installed, it enables yowl notification messages to be dispatched from
Firefox and Internet Explorer to icons in the Windows system tray
area. There are not yet any equivalent binaries for other platforms
and operating systems. Although the code is not yet open source, I
shall make it so as soon as I've tidied up the project and source
files a bit (it's written in C++).
