Can we do this?

Hi All,

This topic is so vast & never ending. As we all hear about Global
Warming, a hole in ozone layer, vast industrialization & much more.
I know it is very dificult to overcome all these issues, but we can
surely do something about it at our level. Some little steps from us
can improve the situation atleast in our area by atleast 0.0001%.
Parag, Vishal & I had a discussion about this few days back. We
shared some ideas about how we can contribute a little bit to
improve this. there are some easy steps which we all can follow.
As Festive season is right around the corner,there are loads of
things which are harmful to the environment.
Following are the things that we can easily do
1. Using Card board instead of Thermacol for "Ganesh Makhar"
2. not using baloons, plastic baloons, chemical colours on
Janmashtami.
3. not using Thermacol to create Kandil or lamps.
4. using environment friendly crackers on Diwali which dont create
smoke & much sound
5.Ganesh Murti's must be of "Shadu" instead of POP etc.

If anyone would like to add any point to this pls feel free to
discuss.
