Dear Thang,

This is a really good plan with lots of initiatives.
I have some feedback:

-Some tasks in your plan belongs to Delegation Tasks (eg: prepare certificate)
-You should separate the preparation and implementation in the online initiatives as I see it's quite hard to follow what you will do before and after. You can make it based on the task.
For ex:
-Emails:
+Prepare the content
+Release to OC
+Send mass email
-PR Article
+Prepare content of PR Article
+Feedback for PR Article
+Release it within OC (so we can send them together)
+Upload

-You can make smaller steps for each task so that you can have a better timeline
For ex: Design poster (When you will ask other to design? when you outsource it? when you send it to VP for checking? When you print them?)
Story telling (what are the sources of those stories? when will you ask the authors for publishing? when will you edit to make them appropriate to upload? when will you upload on the channels? what channels will you upload?)


- You should make some initiatives for the fanpage
For ex: when will you prepare the status? when will you go to spam other pages?)

Actually you did have many initiatives in the plan but they are not in good order. Therefore, it will be difficult for you to follow and have an effective timeline :)
