Dear OC,
Thực sự rất lâu rồi vẫn chưa làm được Norms cho team do ko còn đủ time để làm.
Mình send cho cả nhà bản draft Team Norms trước xem có vấn đề gì cần phải sửa or team norms chỗ nào chưa hợp lý thì feedback ngay cho mình.
Cái này liên quan đến quyền lợi mỗi người cũng như để cho event có thể chạy smooth hơn nữa nên yêu cầu mỗi người có trách nhiệm rất lớn để xây dựng lên Norms nên cần phải xem xét hết sức cẩn thận.
Deadline cho feedback là 23h59' ngày 21/2/2013.
Team Norms sẽ được áp dụng luôn vào ngày 22/3/2013 nhé.

Confirm with all principle. However i think email calling meeting should be sent 2 days before the meeting so that we can have 1 day to confirm. 6 hours may be too short if the email is sent in the early morning or mid night and we only go online after coming back fr school. For rush email, sms can be sent to remind ppl to have immediate email checking :)

Sorry, my mistake. It's right with the principle abt confirming email. I thought we r not allowed to confirm the email after 6 hours it was sent
