[YV] Setting meetings with NGOs

Dear all,
This is the doodle to arrange the meeting with NGOs. I will cover all the email sending to NGOs because we have fewer NGOs' contacts than Companies'. However, it's important to know your available time so that I can set suitable meeting that has 2 members of OC.
