Dear all,

Yuva, the youth wing of Keshav club are organizing an interactive session and discussion on "Right to Information act" at C Block, Janak Puri, New Delhi on September 23, 2011. Right to Information Act 2005 mandates timely response to citizen requests for government information.

Yuva, the youth wing of keshav club (an NGO for promoting social, cultural, nationalistic and moral values), is an interactive public forum for today's generation. It urges the young blood of the nation to come forward and share their views and thoughts; thoughts that intend to help our society, thoughts that intend to help our nation, thoughts that can help us make aware citizens of this nation and thoughts that can help us grow into successful and efficacious human beings. Totally run and managed by the youth, and assisted by the more experienced, it aims at continuing to work for the noble motives of Keshav Club, but in the Generation Y way.

The session will cover aspects ranging from, how and when to file RTI to the benefits of filing an RTI. The session will be followed by queries taken by experts working in the same field.

Timings:

September 23, 2011, 7-9 p.m.

Venue:

C2 Block - Geeta Pracharini Mandir , 2nd floor hall
