MELAKA INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DIALOGUE

 

International Youth Dialogue will be held from 24 to 26 June 2013 in Malaysia and organize by World Assembly of Youth (WAY).

 

This year theme is ‘Youth Migration: A step from Haven’. This theme has been realized to fulfill the principal opinions of young people. An interactive dialogue on this topic will be of significance to form, educate, increase awareness on the adversities and prerogatives of youth migration in the different levels of society that we represent.

 

The conference objective includes; to raise an informative generation on the current situation of youth migration with anticipated behavior adaptation and consequently admission to decision making amongst youth; to foster youth action towards implementation of ideas brought forward by the young people for the benefit of the societies; to address the challenges and determinants of migration faced by youth today; to promote equality of opportunities and facilities between young men and women.

 

And to integrate networking, collaboration and cooperation between public and private sectors, civil societies and other stakeholders to address the issue of youth migration.

 

The conference is open for the youth of age between 18 and 30. The registration fee is US $ 150.

Indian Committee of Youth Organizations (ICYO) is a registered non-profit, non-governmental network organization, committed in developing areas of mutual cooperation and understanding among different youth voluntary agencies, youth groups, clubs and individuals working in the field of youth welfare in India.
