Population & Family Planning Capacity Building and Advocacy Workshop for Elected Representatives and NGOs in Jabalpur.

 

The Foundation for Leadership Initiatives (FLI) Population and Family Planning Capacity Building and Advocacy Workshop for Elected Representatives & NGOs on issue related to ICPD (Int. Conference on Population and Development) Programme of Action (POA) for Jabalpur Division. The workshop will be held in Jabalpur, MP on 3^rd November 2015.

 

This workshop is for elected representatives from various Panchayats (District/Janpad) and representatives of civil society from Jabalpur division.

 

The workshop will cover the various important issues covered in ICPD-Programme of Action (POA) and ‘ICPD Beyond 2014’.

 

The organizer is planning to do the capacity building on Population, Family Planning, Reproductive Health, Women etc. The FLI expected that the workshop will help to mobilize elected representatives and civil society organizations for population stabilizations and better health of community at-large.

Indian Committee of Youth Organizations (ICYO) is a registered non-profit, non-governmental network organization, committed in developing areas of mutual cooperation and understanding among different youth voluntary agencies, youth groups, clubs and individuals working in the field of youth welfare in India. 

ICYO functions as an umbrella organization of youth NGOs in India. It's family consists of
over 550 organizations spread in 124 districts of 26 states from different corners of India.

ü  To improve and extend the youth work and services through Youth Organizations;

ü  To organize network of civil society organizations working towards the development of youth work;
