Please see below article and position taken by Prof Jake Lynch, Associate prof, Syd Uni centre for peace and conflict studies who has come under intense pressure by media and Israeli/Jewish friendly govt. figures for refusing a request for joint study by an Israeli university.

I sent below letter of supoort to Professor Jake Lynch today.

Suggest we distribute the actions of Prof Lynch and our letter of support to our members.

Dear Professor Lynch,

I have just read your article "why boycott Israel"

First and foremost, it was extremely refreshing to read your article. To read the truth about war crimes, ethnic cleansing, illegal activity and the economic warfare carried out by Israel. To read of the unashamed contempt displayed by the Israeli government and its allies to the international community and countless UN resolutions these countries claim to be party to.

Whilst its disturbing these truths are only becoming more apparent to the wider international community now, your stance and article must be saluted. I understand you have come under severe attack this week through various media outlets, a fact not lost within the community.
Please note you have our full support!! We will rally around you through these challenging times.

You have shown an amazing level of courage and bravery to take this stand, to make your voice heard with a prior knowledge of the potential backlash. This should not go unnoticed or without proper recognition.

Professor Lynch, thank you for taking this stand and speaking the truth!!
