Think Different, Be Different, Love it!
Think Different, Be Different, love it! As he was growing up, Steve Jobs, most probably had not imagined the magnitude of his influence to the whole world. He had not imagined that he would change the world through a media player and a phone, just after changing the world with new type of cartoon animation concept. Steve Jobs, the founder of Pixar Animation and Apple, was reinstated into Apple Inc at the end of the 20th century, and immediately released a bombshell we all love, called iPod. Just as we were all getting used to living our lives in iPod mode, he released yet another revolutionary device – the iPhone.
Be Different This all came about because Steve Jobs managed to realise that he was different, he became different, and he loved being different. In fact Apple had a whole campaign called “Think Different” aimed at making people celebrate with them how different everyone is, especially those that use Apple computers, gadgets and software. You’ve got to give it to them, they are different, even so their CEO, Steve Jobs.
Love your Difference Youth today are worried about what the next person will say, who they will spend their time with, how much money they will earn, what assets they will possess, and who will support their ideas. The thing is those that worry spend a lot more time in the centre of the crowd incapable of making the influence. There are however those that step out of the crowd, and hang out on the outskirts who usually lead the crowd. Even so, you maybe that person in the outskirts, and afraid of being yourself, but realise that you could cost humanity of good pleasure if you do not become who you are meant to be – different. Imagine if Steve Jobs had not loved being who he was, would he have enough guts to do all the iPods and the iPhone?
Live the difference There is one distinct thing about Steve Jobs – his dressing. He is the only known CEO who dresses extremely casual for international product and corporate presentations. Before him there was none, but after him, many followed suite. Steve Jobs makes presentations “usually” in blue stone wash jeans, without a ballet, and a pitch black sweater. That’s it, imagine! This should say to you, the different one, here is a man that really accepted the fact that what people really want is what you bring out of yourself not necessarily what you look like. Steve Jobs lives the difference, its time your begin that.
Thank God for who you are be and be just that – DIFFERENT!
