Hey all .. here the output of today's meeting ..

Second : Upcoming events announcement ..

Third : A discussion about Last season ( positives and negatives ) and how to minimize these negatives ..
el negatives de kanet fe el sessions wa el meeting ..

These negatives includes :
Control &Separation of kids .. Solution :
- All kids will be separated into groups and each group will include one or two of those bad kids ..
- Kids will be divided into fixed groups .. and it will be changed every month depending on the monthly evaluation ..


Organization .. Solution : Divide the members into groups .. Each group will have an evaluation ..

Punishment .. Some good ides pop up during the meeting .. these are online punishment .. during the meeting we will arrange a punishment for each part fe el session .. i.e. ِat the aligning bad kids will be in the back of the row .. During painting .. bad kids will have less colors than others .. and you have to figure out more new ideas foe the punishment system .. i.e .. bad behavior before or after the session .. and so on ..

Game not Aim issue .. Last season .. aims were not 100 % effective as the expected ..
Solution .. is to apply our aims via different practical and theoretical ways .. and this is what we are going to search for the next two weeks ..

Assessment before sessions .. Solution .. there won't be any assessment any more .. Kids will have to be on time ..

Fourth : Next year preparation ;
- We well add second grade .. then will work with ( second , third , fourth and fifth grades isA ) ..
- Documentation of feedback of each aim delivered ..
- Periodic exams ..



And For Next Big Wonderful Season's preparations .. we we will have to implement the next tasks ..

1st One : Mini-plan .. each member will write a mini-plan which includes ( your vision for the next season + Practical new ideas in whatever you want + Suitable Punishment system for kids and members + Criteria you need to change in your self ) ..
Deadline will be Saturday ( 20 / 9 ) @12 AM  ..
Each member will send me his Mini-plan by mail ..

2nd one : A presentation about aim cycle .. it's main layout : how to get kids' attention , New techniques to deliver the aim , convincing and reviewing .. ( taking into consideration the factor of AGE ) ..
These presentations will be discussed in our next meeting ..
