The sum total of these criterias of the judging committee as well as
those of the audience will determine who would be the award winners on
28/9/2008. On this day, the performance play comprising of scenes
which have earned the most votes from the public and the judging
committee will be used as fund-raising opportunity to pay you, the
award money for the youth taking part as well as annual repeat of
programmes.

From now until 19/8/2008, calls for youth, their family and
friends as well as organisations to be united in ushering in a new
legacy in creative communication and therefore the reality of care for
