New Delhi: A group of anti-corruption activists led by Subramanian Swamy will file a complaint with CBI seeking registration of a case against unnamed persons with regard to black money stashed away in tax havens.

Swami, who heads an Action Committee against corruption in India (ACACI), said registration of an FIR against unnamed persons won't be a problem and after that he will approach court seeking Letters Rogatory to seek information from tax havens.

The Committee will approach CBI and "if they refuse to register our complaint, we will approach the court to issue a direction in this regards as is the case with 2G case," Swami told reporters in New Delhi.

"We also demand an ordinance be issued to nationalise all foreign accounts held by Indian citizens in these 'havens'," Swami said adding this is legally tenable.
