Not working

Hello

I don't know whether anyone is reading this, but I am not getting any tweets in my archive, and I have no idea what to do about it. 

I'm running on Rackspace Cloud, and followed the instructions at http://jobrieniii.com/post/15240403050/how-to-install-yourtwapperkeeper-on-a-rackspace-cloud, although there seem to be some errors on this line: yum install php php-gd php-imap php-mysql php-pear php-xml phpxmlrps curl libxml2php-mbstring php-mcrypt

I couldn't install libxml2php-mbstring, but figured it should have been libxml2 and php-mbstring, which worked, but I had no luck with phpxmlrps - nothing worked, it just doesn't seem to exist. 

Anyway, I got it all to appear to work, visible at: http://192.237.180.118/yourTwapperKeeper/index.php, and have created and deleted and recreated several archives. The tables are there in the database, but there are no tweets. 

I've looked through the server error logs, and I can't make much sense of any of it. My latest log is here: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B4b2pvK5MFBycGV3T1JoenVXNWM/edit?usp=sharing (I've cleaned it out a few times, this is only the last hour or so - it just fills up with the date warning, as far as I can tell). 

If anyone has any advice, or knows what script phpxmlrps  might refer to, that would be helpful

Megan, 

Have you started the archiving processes after logging in with the account set as admin in the config.php file?

If you login with that account you should see a button to start / stop.

Yes, I have a number of times. It starts, and stops, as instructed, just no results arrive.

Jo O'Brien solved the problem for me, by resetting the permissions in the TWitter to "read write and direct messages" and resetting the OAUTH key, which solved the problem.

Have you found out the solution for the issue you have posted here? If so, can you share that?

I seem to be having same problem. Everything looks fine but no tweet collection. This may have to do with database set and password.
