Hi there

I've tried to install yourTwapperKeeper on my server - and managed to
change my PHP to give me 256mb of memory (that's my max) and allow
exec() etc functions, but I still can't seem to get the archiving
processes to start.

Every time I try to start them I get the message saying they have
died.

Is there somewhere that I can look for diagnostics etc? The error log
doesn't seem to provide any info on this error

Thanks
Hugh

Hugh,
Usually the error_log gives enough information to point me in the
right direction. Can you confirm what the error_log shows when the
start button is pushed?

I have same problem too. First I got exec error, than I have enabled exec function but now whenever I try to start archiving processes it says "
Archiving processes have died.
"
Error log shows nothing.
Any idea John?

Having the same issue with my installation at http://www.hashtagpolls.com/

You can see my server setup here - http://www.hashtagpolls.com/info.php (PHP 5.3.14, MySQL 5.0.95, Apache, cPanel, VDS).

I asked my host if php5-cli was installed and they were confused by that, so I don't know how that solved the issue for the other commenter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, don't know where else to find help on this, thank you!

David
