How has your Summer started? Are you filing your days with your kids being "on" and charged every day? Are your children complaining they are bored? Or is your child whining about going to camp. MAYBE everyone in your house is peaceful, calm and accepting the Summer transition.
Here are some purposeful ideas on how to keep sane and in the flow his Summer... I suggest choosing one and keeping consistent at it most days.
Keep a journal - at minimum write four things every night/day. One person you want to forgive (strangers included) One thing you want to forgive yourself for, one thing you are grateful for, and the state of your physical health.
4. Get together with a friend who "understands" (in person, or on the phone)
Show up to any kind of class that gets you moving
Set intentions for the purpose of everything you do
