Hello team,

Following our discussion on Monday the following resolutions were made for all of our attention.

1. Some preliminary review of the camp, was made but the full review of camp was pushed to the next meeting.
2. There is an extra invoice of 200,000 UGX that was sent by Mutola for extra guests at camp.
3.  The date of Sunday 26th for the leaders retreat at Banana Village still holds unless communicated otherwise.
4. Richard shared cost estimates from Banana Village. Cost comes to 25,000 per person. Of this amount the Gen Committee can subsidise 15,000.
5. Cost estimate for the leaders retreat on 13th/14th December comes to 100,000 per person (Dormitory accommodation @35K/ 3 Meals @ 17K/ 3 Teas @ 7K)
6. Each Team leader should mobilize all their members from their district for the Meeting.
7. Yeko and Christine to provide the names and contacts of the respective new leaders from East and North, respectively so that Julie can find out if they can make it for the retreat on Sunday.
8. Facilitator for the retreat to be confirmed by Peter.

@Julie please help in case I left out anything.

Blessings,

Douglas.

Sorry The Subsidy that was discussed was 10,000 not 15,000 so the contribution from each individual is 15,000

Thanks Esther for that Heads up.

Blessings,

Douglas.

Hi all,

Many thanks for standing with us in our moment of loss. Burial took place yesterday and we thank God for seeing us through the funeral processions.

In regard to this Sunday, we are on and I can confirm that the North and East teams will be represented as we have confirmations coming in.

Richard kindly share directions to the venue to be shared with the other team members.

Regards

Peter Kakuru

Dear Peter,

Welcome back. Thank God for the successful burial of uncle Kenneth.

I just talked to Lillian the TL of north who confirmed 4 members will be there in attendance.

I also communicated contribution of 15,000 and not 10,000 which she promised to inform her team.

Dag, kindly add Lillian (0782877940/0754595925) on watsup

Cheers.

Julie

Hi Peter,
We bless the Lord for seeing you and your family through this trying time. So good to have you back.

Hi all,
It is my prayer that you are well. Please see below for directions to Banana village.
  • On your way from Kampala to Entebbe branch off at Garuga stage (on your left)
  • Take the road that goes to Katomi kingdom for distance of about 400m until you find some sort of T-junction (more like a Y-junction)
  • Then take the right and proceed for a distance of about 1km. You will find a Banana Village sign post (it is very visible)
  • The place is about 50m from the signpost.
Note:
  1. The place is only about a 5 min drive from the main road. Should you find yourself driving for more than 5 min, then most likely you are lost.
  2. The place is well known to the residents (incl. boda boda cyclists).
  3. The place can be also be located on Google maps.
  4. Please ignore the first junction you find immediately after you branch off the main road. Keep left. (VERY IMPORTANT)
See you there. In case of any clarifications, please call.

Peace,

RM
