Booking from Saturday and Meals

Dear team,

Hope you are well and doing fine. I would like to thank you for the great support that you have accorded the camp committee and we are more than excited to host each one of you at Mutoola camping site.

I have received some requests of people who would like to pay from Saturday and transport themselves to the venue. I was suggesting we give them a discount to 115,000.

Also, for each of the meals, we will have three dishes and two sauces i.e. Friday dinner, Sato lunch, Sato dinner and Sun lunch. I would like to get some suggestions from the team.

For the BBQ, it is going to be one port stick, on chicken piece, steamed cassava/matooke, salads and cucumber.

I will be very grateful to get your quick responses on this.

On those who will come on saturday, my five cents here would be, if we dont fill up all the 120 slots I dont see why we should lock them out. 

I dont know what the rest think.

Dear Richard,

Regarding people travelling on Saturday, the net effect is on the cost per day per individual, if in your charge you considered that, then there is no big deal.

I deduct the transport cost (10,000) and the Friday (15,000). I think
i shd deduct also Friday accommodation for them.

Can we have an option of fish in the menu.
