Just to share feedback from a charged discussion in the Pastors meeting regarding the way forward for the YWs ministry:

1) MINISTRY VISION - All Watoto church ministries to maintain the current Church Vision hence we will have to scrap our proposed vision and embrace the church vision.

2) MISSION - Our mission is good to go in principal but with some fine tuning.

3) MINISTRY NAME - Ministry name to change - We're to recommend which name we desire between Marketplace and Professionals.

4) VALUES - We are to embrace all the church values however highlighting them in order of what is most relevant to us.

So let's conclude on the discussion on NAME and VALUES and prepare for re-launch.

Hi Team,

I hope you're well. As you maybe aware we will not be meeting today, nor this week. Some of us will be attending the Monthly Y-save meeting today. 

Following what was discussed in last monday's meeting, we were able to solve the issue of Receipt books and every district had a copy of the receipt books by yesterday, but from the response I observed at West, and also from speaking to Gerald who was sitting at the Cell table at North for all services it appears that the response was not very Good. Kindly share on what you noticed at your respective districts. 

We are looking at the Channels below with regards to publicity but i think our members could be disengaged creating the need to also intensify on the one on one engagement. 

1. Cell Agenda

2. WCN (This may come late)

3. Leading Service across All Districts 

4. Emails (Ongoing)

5. SMS Broadcasts (Ongoing) 

6. Correx Boards/Posters 

7. Facebook/Twitter (Ongoing) 

Kindly share your thoughts. Some costs for the camp start well in Advance so I can encourage us as leaders (I am also speaking to myself here) to start to deposit payments towards the camp. 

Also Pray for favor and God's will in the Pastor's meeting tomorrow as the new directions is deliberated upon.

Thanks Joseph,

the Idea was to have the YWs logo and Church logo added to the sleeves of the t-shirt, but there was a suggestion that it might make the shirt look cluttered or too "busy" But we can explore that as well.

Originally we wanted to put the YWS vision at the back, but still we got feedback it will be too much info. 

the Suggestion was if we must inscribe something on the shirt it could be something like #IAMWATOTO at the very bottom of the back of the T-shirts.
