1. District Planning.
- Districts should have one calendar activities once a quarter.
- General will have one calendar activitiess once a quarter.
- Spheres will have one calendar activity every two months.
- Primary Intervenetions should be about Finance And Career as Marketplace issues.
- Secondary Interventions like social and networking can also be captured.
- For the issue of Finance and Career, it should be a problem-intervention approach.
- Like for example if for the issue of Finance the top 3 issues, are debt, investing and saving. Then, Each of these activities should tackle these problems.
- Impact and transformation can not be achieved if we are doing activities for the sake. We need to tackle issues.
2. Rebranding.
-Pending confirmation from the Pastor's meeting the launch date is Feb 22nd.
-The Pastors need to confirm when the series on the Vision will end.
-The Budget will be shared with each district, but each district should creatively come up with activities for the launch at the district.
-The Rebranding team should come up with a document that clearly delineates the activities that will take place at General and At the district.
-The write up will be shared by Douglas, and the google doc will be shared by Michael.
3. Market Place conference.
-Pending confirmation from the Pastor's meeting of the launch date we can assume the Market place conference is after the Launch.
-We need to agree on some critical items that we shall go and commit to God in prayer as leaders such as theme, speakers, etc
-We need to agreee on some objectives.
1. Creating a sense of a burden on the need in the Market place.
2. Create an understanding which helps people to know which sphere they are called.
3. Cast a vision to recruit new members into the ministry.
-Which days of the week do we need to meet. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday?
-What is the Venue?
-What will be the Program Flow?
-Which Speakers do we want to be a part?
-Do we want to charge people to come?
-We need to think about the theme for the conference? We can go and pray about it, such that it has scriptural reference.
-We should be able to close on all of these in the next meeting.
