I am sorry I am caught up at work in a budget meeting. Please find the program that we had discussed as a committee. We would love to know more about the sessions with the speaker so that we can finalize.

Thanks Douglas,

It comes back to my mind in the previous camp where the program was too tight. Remember camp is another press for loosening-up and relieving all the work stress. I hope this this time the program cater for this by creating enough catch-up and play time. As well as the speakers taking good control of there schedule with maximum time keeping. 

Still i think we need to set the departure time to 5:00pm. Early preparations will help have everything as planned putting the factor of excellence into considerations. When you talk of six, put in mind that some time will be lost in uncontrollable issues. So lets set departure time to 5:00pm and also promise to keep it to that. 

Blessings to you all. Feel free to fund raise for me and my family with our maid inclusive as the Lord will reward you.
