1. Reflections from the leaders retreat on 26/10/2014

2.  Rebranding the Ministry.

Minutes
1. Committee members shared insights on the retreat that happened on 26/10/2014 which was intended for Vision casting especially for new leaders. Majority of the members agreed that it went well and was well attended especially by the new leaders.

After the reflections about the retreat from all present, Peter highlighted that in view of the fact that we are rebranding soon, we need to close up leadership gaps and have the teams fully constituted at the districts by Friday 31st October. He also requested all district leaders to organize their teams before Friday and have these details sorted out. Peter also tasked team leaders to engage their teams and ensure that there are no near future diversions like studies etc, that could make them abandon their roles.

The committee also agreed with Peter on the issue of team leaders requesting to meet their district pastors such that they can engage one another in relation to the new direction and create rapport to enable them serve as core leaders at their districts. It was agreed that by the end of the first week of November (9th November) the meetings with the pastors should have happened. 

On the plans for the Rebranding/launch the committee agreed that there is need for the budget discussion to be hastened. It was then agreed agreed that we discuss it next Monday 10th November 2014.
The committee also resolved that we get a special team led by Douglas to manage the planning process separately.

In view of the fact that the ministry is taking a more serious turn, it was agreed that we organize special prayer sessions as the leadership to dedicate the launch and new direction to God. We agreed that we will be fasting and praying in the 2nd week of December 8th-12th on top of every Monday we meet.
