Write to them concrete letters with projects proposals and long-term cooperation.

Until now we received two EP-IDs (from Heidelberg) until now:

We created a GCDP-Tracking Tool for our VPs (all of our national cooperations are in there). https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AvGtFydp81eedGxFQTZ2OXFYNmZ4aGRCTi1mM210VWc

You can take a look at this sheet and can see the newest updates concerning Russia.
In that sheet our VPs fill in their EP-IDs who wanna go abroad with help of national cooperation.

 

We push our VPs that they don't forget to fill in their newest EP-IDs as fast as possible. So don't worry. There's more to come.
