Hi everyone!

With COP16 rapidly approaching, the YOUNGO constituency have a lot of new volunteer positions that need to be filled. We're sending out the call to the youth climate movement to find the amazing people to take on these roles!

You might have seen previous emails about volunteer positions. We're still in the process of filling some, and we have still some really important roles that need to be done. That's where you, dedicated youth climate activists, come in!

So, what's available?

Here are just some of the roles (COP16 & non-COP16) we have on offer:

Technology Training Coordinator
This role involves making sure everyone is up to speed with how to use the online technologies (e.g. google docs) that the movement uses.

Translation Coordinator
One of the key strengths of the youth climate movement is its diversity; however, we also need to ensure that there's equal access to essential materials - through translation.

Policy WGs Experts & Trainers
Do you know policy? Or, are you willing to learn fast? Help broaden the youth climate movement's knowledge of the UNFCCC process!

Official Youth Delegate (OYD) Coordinator
This role involves establishing contact with all the Official Youth Delegates to COP16, and helping them to get involved in the broader youth climate network.

...and plenty more!

To see the full list of positions and descriptions, please see the attached PDF document.

So, sound good to you?

If you'd like to be involved with any of these roles, send Hilary an email (ASAP) with a short paragraph on why you'd be suitable, at bowman...@gmail.com. (Please don't reply to the whole list!). Just put the position as the subject line, and we'll get to it straight away!

Please also forward this through to your networks and organisations if you know anyone who might be interested.

Best wishes!
