Seeking Awesome Youth for YOUNGO Capacity Building Coordinator

Hi everyone!

With COP16 rapidly approaching, the YOUNGO constituency have a lot of new volunteer positions that need to be filled. We're sending out the call to the youth climate movement to find the amazing people to take on these roles!

Capacity Building Coordinator

 

As young people, we may be the major group with relatively less experience in the climate negotiations process, but we also have a lot of energy and willingness to learn and to contribute!

 

We need to help one another to become more effective in the international movement, as well as assist new members or delegates to acquire skills and knowledge.

List and review past materials.

· Update and improve past materials to become relevant for use

Some content might be COP15-specific, but the substance may still be useful for current sessions, thus updating and editing is required.

· Ensure shared materials are organized

Ensure all materials, including new workshop videos or texts, are posted on Youngo Wiki, Youthclimate.org in an organized manner for easy reference,
and notify youths about the materials as well.

The person filling this role does NOT need to be going to COP16.
