Hi all,

A short reminder: tomorrow Thomas Spencer will hold the last online capacity building session prior to COP tomorrow (Tuesday), at 4pm GMT. 

The session will consist of a briefing on policy: what are the stakes at Copenhagen and what are the main position of the major players of the negotiations.

Again, this session is a great opportunity for those who would like to get a quick update on the state of negotations.

How to join?
