Urgent call for all working groups and their coordinators

Dear Coordinators of all working groups.

Im Sanka Chandima Abayawardena who is working on the content development of the youthclimate.org. Last night we created seperate web pages for all the working groups and now it urgently needed to be filled up with your latest outcomes.

 

I want all the working groups to answer following questions in two days so that by 30th of november they will be good to go.

 

1. Contact details and the full name of the coordinator/s of the working group.
2. A small text atleast 5 lines telling what the group is all about and what does it do now.
3. What are the work you have done what are the work you are planning to do, like what kind of action or work shops or any thing.
4. All information on the progress of your work shops you want to publish on the web site.

Specially the working groups on COY and COP and coomiunications and media must sent me their coordinators full contact details along witht he final programme of the COY and actions planned for COP 15. 

Please note that this must be done as soon as possible and i must have this information to publish on the web site. 

About the capacity building working group, i must have the information on the conducted campacity workshops and the ones coming. How people can join them and  what is the content of the work shops. And who facilitate them.

send me the COY logo if you have created one.

and all the information about actions training before COY.

please dont make me read 100 million emails on your groups to get these information coz its not going to work for the web site.

 

Currently the place where we have the wiki link on the youthclimate web site will be rlaced by a nice interative link to the COY and need some one from the working group to act as a liasion for the group on web stuff with me.

its good if all other groups can do the same.

15 hours have passed.

we have hundreds of people in each of these working group. cant ay one reply with the ifor i need. the thing every one should understadn is that without team work this youth action wont happen. coz youth is a team here. not just few people who have to do every thing.
