Require hosts for the City 41ers AGM

Dear All,

AS you all know that our City AGM/Mega Social is being held this Sunday 29th June 2014 at the Secunderabad Club.

We need two hosts for the same from our Club; I have confirmed as one and I need one more host.

Please confirm by return mail to convey the same further.
