Dear 41ers,

The AGM of our Association is scheduled to be held at Bhubaneswar on 27th to 29th September 2013.

For your club to have a right to cast a vote it should have submitted its Form A & B by July 31st.

We find that some clubs have not done so till date. 

As a one time measure the date for submission of Forms A & B has been extended to August 31st, 2013. 

May we urge you to please submit the Form A & B (if not already done) of your club before the extended date. 

Your submission of the Form A & B shall ensure that your right to vote during the proceedings at the AGM in Bhubaneswar is restored. 

The Form A & B should be sent to the National Secretariat at Chennai. A copy of the same may also be emailed to your Area Chairman for his record.

We look forward to your doing the needful immediately.
